We are looking for a motivated and energetic Digital Marketer Cum Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling digital marketing activities and communicating with customers through calls to generate leads and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Handle social media marketing activities
- Create and post content on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.
- Manage online promotions and lead generation campaigns
- Make outbound and inbound calls to clients
- Explain company services/courses/products to customers
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Maintain daily call and lead reports
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team
- Requirements
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Ability to handle customer calls confidently
- Knowledge of social media platforms and Canva/basic designing is an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Qualification
- Plus Two / Degree / Diploma
