We are looking for an experienced Payroll & Compliance Professional who can efficiently manage end-to-end payroll operations and statutory compliance while ensuring smooth coordination with employees, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Strong expertise in Payroll Processing for both on-site and off-site employees
- Hands-on experience in Statutory Compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, LWF, etc.
- Good knowledge of Labour Laws, New Labour Codes, and Industrial Relations (IR)
- Experience in handling salary structures, attendance management, and Full & Final (FNF) settlements
- Ability to resolve employee payroll queries and compliance-related concerns efficiently
- Experience in vendor/client coordination for deployed/on-site employees
- Maintaining employee records, compliance reports, and payroll documentation accurately
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
