Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that span multiple disciplines. The role focuses on integrating various components within the ecosystem to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. Daily activities include executing continuous testing processes that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression testing. The position also involves developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts, as well as managing data and environment configurations. Regular participation in code reviews and defect monitoring supports ongoing improvements in testing procedures, ensuring robust and reliable software outcomes.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of quality solutions.
- Maintain and enhance automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to development teams for continuous improvement.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with complex testing scenarios.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- Experience with continuous testing methodologies including security, API, and regression testing.
- Strong skills in developing automation strategies and scripting for test automation.
- Familiarity with environment and data configuration to support testing activities.
- Ability to participate effectively in code reviews and defect tracking processes.
- Knowledge of full stack solution integration and ecosystem planning.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
