Position Overview
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, generating qualified leads, acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and strengthening the agency's market presence. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen, digital marketing knowledge, and excellent client management skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across various industries.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, digital outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and agency pitches.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Acquire new clients for digital marketing, branding, website development, SEO, performance marketing, influencer marketing, PR, and creative services.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
3. Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance ForwardSlash's brand visibility.
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across digital platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content marketing, social media campaigns, email marketing, and webinars.
- Represent the agency at networking events, exhibitions, and business forums.
- Build strategic alliances with industry associations and business groups.
4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Identify potential sectors and target markets for business expansion.
- Monitor industry developments and recommend growth strategies.
5. Team Coordination
- Coordinate with creative, digital, content, and client servicing teams to ensure timely proposal submissions.
- Support campaign planning and client onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor lead conversion ratios, revenue generation, and campaign ROI.
- Present business performance updates to management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and closures.

- Monthly and annual revenue achieved.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
- 4–8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
