Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Editorial, Sales, Marketing, SEO, Design, and Operations teams.
- Create and post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring activities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.
- Manage exit interviews and employee separation processes.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.
- Organize team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and company events.
Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee goals, KPIs, and development plans.
- Assist managers in evaluating employee performance and growth opportunities.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HRMS systems.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with finance and accounts teams.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Support leadership development and skill enhancement initiatives.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
