Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager who can lead our marketing efforts, drive student enrollments, generate quality leads, and strengthen our brand presence both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase admissions and brand awareness.
- Plan and manage social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Generate and nurture leads through digital and offline marketing channels.
- Promote webinars, workshops, training programs, and events.
- Build partnerships with schools, colleges, businesses, and local communities.
- Coordinate with the content, design, and sales teams to achieve marketing goals.
- Track campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.
- Manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and implement innovative growth strategies for student acquisition.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Experience with Social Media Marketing and Content Promotion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Email Marketing.
- Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and AI-powered marketing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Team management and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Freshers with exceptional marketing skills and a growth mindset are encouraged to apply.
