Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate project timelines, approvals, and execution plans with clients.
- Conduct project kick-off meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction until project handover.
2. Site Survey & Technical Assessment
- Schedule and coordinate pre-installation site surveys.
- Verify site dimensions, roof condition, shadow analysis, and installation feasibility.
- Assess the existing electrical infrastructure, including LT Panel, Transformer, PCC, Earthing System, and Metering Arrangement.
- Identify inverter, ACDB, DCDB, and cable routing locations.
- Review survey reports and coordinate with the design team for layout approval.
- Identify site constraints, execution risks, and recommend technical solutions.
3. Design & Engineering Coordination
- Coordinate with the design team for layout preparation, SLD, structural drawings, and BOM.
- Verify engineering documents before project execution.
- Ensure all drawings comply with client requirements and applicable standards.
- Support technical clarifications during project execution.
4. Material Planning & Warehouse Coordination
- Prepare material requirements based on approved BOM.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for material availability.
- Plan material dispatch according to the project schedule.
- Monitor material movement, stock availability, and site deliveries.
- Verify material quality and quantity before dispatch.
- Maintain material reconciliation and inventory records.
5. Logistics Coordination
- Arrange transportation for project materials and equipment.
- Coordinate vehicle movement and delivery schedules.
- Ensure safe unloading and storage of materials at the project site.
- Track logistics status and resolve delivery-related issues.
6. Installation & Site Execution
- Coordinate installation teams and subcontractors.
- Monitor daily site progress and productivity.
- Ensure installation follows approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Verify quality of structure installation, module mounting, inverter installation, cable routing, earthing, lightning protection, and electrical works.
- Resolve site execution issues and support technical decision-making.
- Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
7. Team Management
- Coordinate survey, installation, electrical, and commissioning teams.
- Allocate manpower based on project requirements.
- Monitor workforce productivity and attendance.
- Conduct daily progress reviews with site teams.
- Ensure proper communication among all stakeholders.
8. Loan & Documentation Coordination
- Coordinate with finance partners and customers for loan processing (where applicable).
- Ensure timely collection and submission of required customer documents.
- Track loan approval and disbursement status.
- Coordinate documentation required for project execution and billing.
9. DISCOM & Government Approval Coordination
- Coordinate net-metering applications and documentation.
- Follow up with DISCOM authorities for approvals and inspections.
- Coordinate meter installation and synchronization activities.
- Maintain records of all statutory approvals.
10. Plant Testing & Commissioning
- Coordinate pre-commissioning inspections and testing.
- Verify insulation resistance, polarity, continuity, and earthing tests.
- Coordinate inverter configuration and system commissioning.
- Ensure all punch points are closed before commissioning.
- Coordinate with clients during plant energization.
- Record commissioning data and prepare commissioning reports.
11. Quality Assurance
- Ensure all work complies with approved drawings and quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality inspections.
- Monitor punch point closure and corrective actions.
- Maintain quality documentation and inspection records.
12. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures.
- Verify PPE usage by site personnel.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Report and investigate safety incidents.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
13. Project Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.
- Maintain project files, drawings, BOQ, inspection reports, and material records.
- Track project milestones and completion status.
- Maintain project photographs and documentation.
- Prepare project handover documents.
14. Project Handover & Customer Support
- Coordinate final inspection and project handover.
- Submit as-built drawings, warranties, commissioning reports, and O&M manuals.
- Provide basic system operation training to customers.
- Coordinate post-installation support and warranty service.
15. Cost & Schedule Control
- Monitor project timelines and milestone completion.
- Track project costs and material utilization.
- Minimize delays, rework, and material wastage.
- Support project billing and payment follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems (Rooftop, Ground Mounted, and C&I).
- Understanding of electrical systems, SLDs, and structural drawings.
- Excellent project planning and coordination skills.
- Team leadership and manpower management.
- Client relationship management.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and ERP software.
- Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of safety standards and quality management systems.
Qualification
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in Solar EPC project coordination or execution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
