About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to company growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills with the ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, emails, and market research.
- Generate qualified leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions or services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to support business growth strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Attend meetings, industry events, and conferences when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales or IT/software services.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or SaaS products.
- Existing industry contacts or client network is a plus.
