Roles & Responsibilities
- Qualify and engage leads generated through sales and marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements and identify business needs.
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
- Present the company's products and solutions effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Address client queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Create solution documents, case studies, and value propositions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to develop customized solutions.
- Support the sales team during client meetings and negotiations.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
- Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients throughout the pre-sales cycle.
- Ensure a smooth handover of projects to the implementation or delivery team.
- Maintain accurate records of pre-sales activities, proposals, and client interactions.
- Track proposal conversion rates and client feedback.
- Suggest improvements to enhance the pre-sales and sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Success, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-centric and problem-solving approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in the Interior Design, Home Interiors, Real Estate, or Modular Furniture industry is preferred.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
