Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute annual sales budgets and regional sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, customers, brands, and product categories.
- Maximize sales of products with available or idle manufacturing capacity.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve regional revenue and profitability targets.
- Generate profitable business while strengthening relationships with existing customers and acquiring new accounts.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and manage account receivables in accordance with the company's trade and credit policies.
- Monitor customer credit limits and minimize financial risk.
- Maintain and review sales MIS, forecasts, and customer databases on a periodic basis.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA in Sales & Marketing or Graduate.
- Degree/Diploma in Textile or Printing & Packaging will be an added advantage.
- 7–10 years of experience in B2B Sales within Manufacturing, Textile, Printing, Labels, or Packaging industries.
- Strong expertise in Business Development, Budget Planning, Key Account Management, and Commercial Negotiations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and sales reporting tools will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
