Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly & quarterly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow & variance analysis)
- Provide actionable financial insights for strategic decision-making
- Monitor budgets and analyze financial performance
- Support and guide junior accountants & bookkeepers
- Improve processes and implement best accounting practices
- Ensure compliance with UK regulations and strong internal controls
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in management accounting (UK clients preferred)
- ACCA/CIMA qualified or finalist nearing qualification
- Proven background in management accounting with strong practical knowledge
- Exposure to business partnering with a commercial mindset
- Excellent communication skills with confidence to interact with senior management
- Proactive, committed, and driven to achieve results
