Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and can transform raw data into meaningful insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Create and maintain Excel reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, Pivot Tables, and conditional formatting.
- Analyze trends, patterns, and performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Identify data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel wherever possible.
- Work with different teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Present findings in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables, Charts, Lookup functions, and advanced formulas.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
