NBZ architectural consultants is a design consultancy firm who takes up interior design and architecture projects all across the country. we work on a variety of projects of different scale and typology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D interior and exterior models of interior and architectural projects.
- Interpret interior and architectural drawings, CAD plans, and reference images to develop accurate 3D geometry.
- Apply materials, lighting, and textures to achieve realistic visuals.
- Collaborate with the design and visualization team to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Optimize models for rendering and ensure efficient workflow across software platforms.
- Participate in project reviews and incorporate feedback effectively.
Required Skills & Software Expertise:
- Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, and V-Ray or Corona Renderer.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop or AI for post-production.
- Understanding of interior and architectural design, proportions, and detailing.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Good knowledge in modelling for interior and architecture
