Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems and databases. This role requires excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately in Tally.
- Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct them.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Generate reports and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Tally
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
