About the Company
ARBO Medhub Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing healthcare company engaged in the supply and distribution of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, surgical instruments, diagnostic equipment and surgical consumables to hospitals, clinics and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads from hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies and distributors.
Promote and sell medical devices, surgical instruments, surgical consumables and healthcare products.
Conduct regular hospital visits and product demonstrations.
Develop sales for surgical consumables such as syringes, IV sets, cannula, gloves, sutures, gauze, bandages, catheters and other hospital disposables.
Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers and institutional buyers.
Maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital purchase departments and healthcare professionals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain sales reports, lead tracking and customer database.
Monitor market trends and competitor products.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field.
1–3 years experience in pharma, medical devices, or surgical consumables sales preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Willing to do field sales and hospital visits.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting).
