We are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic Retail Service Attendant to manage daily operations at our gaming lounge. The ideal candidate should have good customer service skills and a passion for gaming.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with PS4 and PS5 gaming.
Install and update games when required
Handle cash transactions and maintain basic records
Ensure smooth operation of gaming systems
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the lounge
Help customers with basic troubleshooting and support.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of PS4 and PS5 gaming
Familiarity with game installation and updates
Good customer interaction and communication skills
Ability to handle cash responsibly
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred:
Previous experience in a retail store, gaming lounge, or customer service role
