About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, results-driven, and client-focused Sales & Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and relationship management skills, have hands-on experience with CRM systems, and be capable of managing the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to client onboarding and retention.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through multiple channels.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline using CRM software (preferably Odoo).
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Draft compelling business emails, proposals, newsletters, and marketing communications.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and reports within the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify market opportunities, competitor activities, and emerging customer requirements.
- Handle client communication professionally across email, phone, virtual meetings, and in-person discussions.
- Support business development initiatives and strategic partnerships.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business writing, proposal drafting, and email communication abilities.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Odoo CRM.
- Hands-on knowledge of email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing.
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales and consultative selling.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting and lead generation.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of sales funnels, customer journey mapping, and conversion optimization.
