The HR Internship Program is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to various Human Resource functions, including Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Documentation, and Corporate Communication.

Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist with employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation and employee records.
- Support HR operations, attendance tracking, and administrative activities.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Support various HR projects and day-to-day operations.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- MBA (HR) students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
