We are Hiring: Customer Support Executive
Working Days: 5 (Rotational Week Offs)
Shifts Calls: 10 AM – 7 PM Chats: 8 AM – 12 Midnight

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Executive to provide a delightful experience to our customers. You will handle calls, chats, and emails, resolve queries, provide updates, and assist with post-purchase support.
What You will Do:
● Handle inbound/outbound calls and chats, and respond to emails
● Assist customers with product information, orders, returns/exchanges, and post-purchase support
● Collaborate with logistics, operations, and tech teams to resolve issues
● Document customer interactions and feedback in CRM tools
● Identify recurring issues to help improve processes
What We are Looking For:
● 2+ years of customer support experience in e-commerce (calls & emails)
● Strong verbal and written communication in English
● Experience with CRM/support tools or ticketing systems
● Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
● Ideally, a dedicated workspace and a strong support system at home.
Preferred Skills:
● Familiarity with e-commerce processes (orders, returns, shipping)
● Strong rapport-building and empathy-driven communication.
