Calling vehicle owners to get driver number, vehicle availability date & time
Calling technicians from existing data to assign calls to them
Searching for new technicians by asking for reference from existing network
Coordination with technician to complete the job on site
Maintain data of technicians and work done.
Own laptop is mandatory.
Should be able to work on excel & google sheets.
Call data entry in CRM software - mandatory
