Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable sarees and ethnic wear.
- Explain product features, fabric details, and pricing confidently.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and attractive product displays.
- Assist in billing, stock handling, and inventory management.
- Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Any Degree.
- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred but freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of Tamil is preferred.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
