Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to support the organization's IT operations and provide technical assistance to outlet teams. The candidate will be responsible for IT system maintenance, staff training on Petpooja software, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting management with various IT-related requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide training and support to outlet staff on Petpooja POS software and related applications.
- Assist outlet teams in resolving day-to-day IT and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, networking equipment, and other IT devices.
- Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of POS systems, internet connectivity, and IT infrastructure across outlets.
- Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for issue resolution and system updates.
- Support management in all IT-related projects, reporting, and operational requirements.
- Maintain IT inventory, hardware records, and software licenses.
- Perform routine system checks, backups, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.
Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Experience with Petpooja POS will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and system administration.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Ability to travel between outlets if required.
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to provide on-site support.
