Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced WFM Integration Specialist to design, develop, implement, and support integrations between Workforce Management (WFM) solutions and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, functional, and technical teams to ensure seamless data exchange between WFM, HRMS, Payroll, ERP, and other enterprise systems while supporting workforce operations.
Required Skills

6–9 years of experience in Workforce Management integrations.

Hands-on experience integrating WFM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors WFM, UKG (Kronos), WorkForce Software, Oracle WFM, or similar solutions.

Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, SFTP, XML, JSON, IDocs, middleware, and integration frameworks.

Experience integrating WFM with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, HRMS, Payroll, ERP, and third-party systems.

Good understanding of Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Shift Management, Leave Management, and Payroll data flows.

Experience with middleware platforms such as SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar integration tools is preferred.

Strong troubleshooting, debugging, data mapping, and interface monitoring skills.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and integration best practices.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
