We are seeking for a dynamic, data-driven, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Team Lead to orchestrate our digital marketing strategies, manage a high-performing team, and accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate should possess expert-level hands-on technical skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to adapt to modern AI-driven search environments and emerging domain trends.
Core Responsibilities and Technical Expertise:
Lead, mentor and manage a team of digital market specialists, overseeing daily workflow, tracking team reports, and drive targets.
End-to-end monitoring and dashboard setup using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search console, Bing Webmaster Tools and Clarity to analyze traffic, heatmaps, and user recordings.
Drive organic growth by traditional SEO strategies, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to ensure brand visibility in AI-driven search engines and conversational bots.
Leverage advanced AI tools like Chatgpt, Gemini and Claude to streamline content creation, automate reporting workflows, image creation and enhance team productivity.
Strategize, launch, and optimize high-ROI campaigns across Meta ads manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax) managing budgets efficiently to hit target ROAS and CPA.
Consolidate team performance data into comprehensive weekly or monthly reports with actionable insights and ROI metrics for the management.
Drive Social Media Optimization (SMO) to boost brand awareness across channels
Have an experience in organic community management on niche platforms like Reddit and Quora to drive high-intent referral traffic and establish industry authority.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and automated drip sequences to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
Design and implement multi-channel lead generation funnels to capture high-quality marketing qualified leads.
Work closely with UI/UX designers and web developers to build high-converting landing pages, resolve technical site errors, and continuously optimize user journeys.
Stay proactively updated with the latest search engine algorithm shifts (Google Core Updates), Search trends, and modern ranking factors to instantly pivot strategies.
Conduct rigorous site audits using SEO tools to identify and troubleshoot critical technical issues. (eg., crawl errors, indexing bugs, schema issues, speed drops, and broken redirects).
Run keyword gap analysis, track competitor backlink profiles, and benchmark traffic using tools like Semrush, Ahrefs or Similarweb to discover untapped opportunities.
Oversee the visual hook, scripting, pacing of short-form vertical videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), and making podcasts to boost audience retention, watch time, and algorithmic push.
Monitor viral trends, audio tracks, and internet culture daily to pivot the brand’s organic social media content calendar instantly for high virality.
Establish clear, measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for individual team members while conducting regular performance evaluations to align team output with organizational growth targets.
Must have a proven portfolio of actively planning and implementing end-to-end SEO, Paid Ads, and Lead Generation strategies in previous roles.
