Key Responsibilities
- Monitor overall product quality during production and dispatch of Units (chuchura, Dankuni & Kareli (MP)
- Implement and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC) systems- as per FSSAI & ISO standard
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, GHP and other food safety standards
- Conduct raw material, in-process and finished goods quality inspections
- Handle customer complaints and take corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
- Maintain quality records, reports and documentation
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase and Warehouse departments for quality improvement
- Conduct internal quality audits and hygiene inspections
- Monitor lab testing and ensure product specifications are maintained
- Train production staff on hygiene, food safety and quality procedures
- Ensure factory hygiene and sanitation standards are properly maintained
- Support external audits and regulatory inspections
- Analyze quality issues and implement improvement plans
Pay: From ₹37,000.00 per month
