Job Summary
Allenhouse Public School is seeking a passionate and experienced PGT Physics Teacher to teach senior secondary students (Classes XI & XII). The ideal candidate should possess excellent subject knowledge, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to make Physics engaging through practical applications and innovative teaching methodologies. The teacher will also prepare students for CBSE Board examinations and competitive exams such as JEE and NEET.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to students of Classes XI & XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare annual lesson plans, unit plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct practical sessions and laboratory experiments while ensuring laboratory safety.
- Prepare students for Board examinations and guide them for competitive examinations such as JEE and NEET.
- Assess student performance through periodic tests, practicals, projects, and examinations.
- Provide academic support, remedial classes, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Integrate digital teaching tools, simulations, and smart classroom technology into lessons.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic progress, and assessment results.
- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), faculty meetings, workshops, and school events.
- Encourage scientific thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills among students.
- Mentor students in science exhibitions, Olympiads, and other academic competitions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Physics from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE/ICSE school (preferred).
Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
