Guest Relations Executive – Hair Transplant Clinic

Job Summary:
We are looking for a presentable, customer-focused, and well-spoken Guest Relations Executive for our Hair Transplant Clinic. The ideal candidate should have mandatory experience working in a hair transplant or hair restoration clinic and be capable of ensuring an excellent patient experience from inquiry stage to treatment and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally.
- Handle patient inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Coordinate consultations, appointments, and treatment schedules.
- Ensure a smooth and comfortable patient journey throughout the clinic process.
- Explain clinic services and coordinate closely with doctors and medical teams.
- Maintain patient records and appointment schedules accurately.
- Follow up with patients and ensure high patient satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and maintain positive client relationships.
- Support reception and front-office operations while maintaining clinic hospitality standards.
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in a Hair Transplant / Hair Restoration Clinic.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations / Reception / Patient Coordination.
- Presentable and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Malayalam or Hindi language proficiency is mandatory; English communication required.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Experience handling appointments, patient coordination, and clinic systems will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
