Job Summary:
We are looking for a Purchase Coordinator . The candidate will be responsible for coordinating procurement activities, vendor management, material sourcing, and ensuring timely availability of components required for machine manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate purchase activities for SPM and industrial automation projects
- Source and evaluate suppliers for mechanical, electrical, and automation components
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up with vendors for timely delivery
- Coordinate with design, production, and project teams for material requirements
- Maintain vendor database and supplier relationships
- Negotiate with suppliers for pricing, quality, and delivery schedules
- Track purchase status and ensure smooth material flow
- Handle documentation related to procurement and inventory
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement (Industrial Automation / SPM preferred)
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical components used in machines
- Experience in vendor development and supplier coordination
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to understand BOM, drawings, and technical requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase documentation

- Special Purpose Machines (SPM)

- Engineering / Manufacturing Industry
Education:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Production preferred)
