Job Summary:
Manage procurement of IT products, maintain vendor relationships, and support the sales team in quotations, order processing, and client coordination to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vendor meetings and onboard new partners
- Collect quotations, negotiate pricing and payment terms, finalize orders
- Handle RFQs/RFPs and participate in deal closure processes
- Support sales team with quotations, client follow-ups, and order management
- Maintain vendor and order records, track deliveries, and payments
- Ensure procurement meets quality, cost, and timeline targets
- Analyze lost deals and provide feedback for improvement
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of IT products and solutions preferred
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
