Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Milling Maintenance Technician/Engineer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in maintaining conventional and CNC milling machines. The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring maximum machine uptime.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of milling machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure machine efficiency and safety.
- Repair and replace machine components such as bearings, belts, gears, motors, pumps, and spindles.
- Maintain CNC milling machines and conventional milling equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Reduce machine downtime through effective maintenance planning.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize maintenance interruptions.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and service reports.
- Ensure proper lubrication and calibration of machines.
- Follow safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machines when required.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements.
