Job Description
Key Activities:

Involve in days machine load planning and setting priorities.
-
Understand the machine capabilities and capacity planning.
-
Prepare previous day success and failures in – Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, Cost.

Involve in Quality conformity process and follow up the inspection priorities.
-
Involve in Daily NRFT and Scrap review and prepare Lesson learned and Quality alerts.
-
Prepare safety lesson learned and safety alerts.
-
Learn and implement the Programming basics and strategies.
-
Learn and implement tools selection and cutting parameters.
-
Review current SOPs, review and update as per the latest processes.
-
Prepare Delivery, Quality performance data and analysis for weekly meetings.
-
Daily analyse the PowerBI data for machine performance and identify low performing machines.
-
Daily review OEE data and analyze machines with higher down time and understand the reasons for major down times.
-
Involve in coupling assembly and support shift supervisors.
-
Involve in processes which can be automated.
-
Study current layout and suggest any changes which help the productivity and efficiency.

Study seal assembly process and hands on assemble few seals taking guidance from operators.

Involve daily 5S and SES initiatives as put in place time to time.
Qualifications
-
BE (Mechanical/Industrial Engineering) with minimum 60% marks.
Technical Skills:
-
Good in analytical and problem-solving skill, Interpretation of drawings and basic knowledge in Manufacturing and Assembly process.
People Skill:
-
Excellent communication skill in written and spoken. Team player and work collaboratively with other stake owners.
