Job Summary
CodeGuardian Tech International Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GST return filing, TDS compliance, and accounting software such as Tally or Busy.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and record daily financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices and maintain billing records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B).
- Handle TDS deductions, payments, and related statutory compliance.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation for audits.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory regulations.
- Generate financial reports and MIS as required by management.
- Maintain accurate records using Tally, Busy, or ERP software.
Required Qualifications
- B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Practical experience in GST return filing (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B).
- Basic knowledge of TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, or similar accounting software.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
