he Safety Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chatra. The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and security policies across construction and MEP project sites. Daily tasks include conducting safety inspections, identifying hazards, ensuring compliance with statutory and company safety standards, and reporting and investigating incidents and near-misses. The role also involves delivering safety training and toolbox talks, maintaining safety records and documentation, coordinating with project managers and site supervisors, and supporting the development of risk assessments and safe work procedures. The Safety Officer will collaborate with teams and contractors to promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in workplace safety practices.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹51,000.20 per month
