"Role: Asset Management Solutions Architect
Role Description: Critical client-facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into a technology solution for Intelligent Asset Management opportunities that can be configured from a standard set of offerings. Drives the sign off on the technology solution and acts as an interface with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition, shape services and determine appropriate service delivery locations and related costs. Acts as a key member of the sales team to represent the technology solution offering to the client/internal groups.
Key Responsibilities:
An individual contributor role responsible for solution architecting and estimation of complex system integration and application support projects in the areas of Intelligent asset management
Requirements gathering, estimation and staffing working closely with onshore and SMEs
Generating costing / pricing inputs and create solution plans
Obtaining approvals from delivery
Updating relevant systems with operational data
Work with Talent fulfillment teams on the sourcing strategy
Must Have Skills:
Having delivered global projects on business and IT transformation for Oil & Gas/ Utilities / Natural resources clients.
Leverage a deep understanding of asset maintenance work processes and asset health monitoring including asset performance and reliability monitoring
Deep understanding of key EAM and APM tools such as IBM Maximo, Hexagon EAM, GE APM etc.
Deep understanding of EPPM tools like Oracle P6, Unifier etc
Design, build and implement asset management applications for manufacturing facilities
Work with System Integrator to provide functional expertise on IT projects for refining and petrochemical clients around asset maintenance management and asset health management
Work in a highly collaborative team environment: possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities.
Key Skills and expertise required:
1. Asset Maintenance management
2. Workorder initiation for asset management and integration
3. Understanding of integration approach for aligning various asset information and management tools
4. Predictive analytics for asset monitoring
5. Asset health management
6. Understanding of operations of process, utility industries and mass transport facilities
7. Capital Projects, EPPM, PMIS, Control Tower, Digital Twin etc
Minimum number of Years’ Experience:
15+ years of Industry experience in any of the following Industries
1. Oil & Gas
2. Refinery
3. Petrochemicals
4. Chemicals
5. Metals & Mining
6. Utilities
7. Transportation
Education: Bachelors in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Electronics)"
