We are seeking a dynamic IT Services Business Development Executive with a proven international sales track record. This role focuses on end-to-end sales, revenue generation, and managing global clients.
- Present, promote and sell IT products/software development services
- Manage complete sales cycle from engagement to contract closure
- Develop strategic sales plans for USA, Australia, Europe & UK markets
- Cold calling, email outreach & LinkedIn lead generation
- Identify new business opportunities through market research
- Build partnerships with small/medium IT companies
- Work on staff augmentation model (domestic & international)
- Prepare tailored sales presentations & proposals
- Participate in events & manage back-end coordination
- 2–5 years proven IT services sales experience
- Strong negotiation & influencing skills
- Mandatory experience handling international clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools & sales automation platforms
- Knowledge of AI tools to speed up processes
- Ability to explain offshore sales models clearly
