Senior Site Engineer – Residential Projects (Quality Focus)
Location: Gandhinagar – Kudasan Area
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering
Approx Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site activities with a strong focus on quality control. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential construction projects. Experience working with other real-estate developers will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor quality control standards on site
- Oversee construction activities as per drawings & specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and vendors
- Ensure timely execution of work as per project schedule
- Prepare daily progress reports
- Resolve technical issues on site
- Ensure safety and compliance at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of site engineering experience
- Minimum qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience in residential project construction is mandatory
- Strong understanding of construction quality and standards
- Ability to handle on-site challenges independently
Salary:
₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (negotiable for the right candidate)
