Job Description
Nirosha Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to expand market presence and drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
Increase product availability and visibility in the market.
Appoint new retailers and expand the distribution network.
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up.
Implement company sales and promotional activities.
Submit daily sales reports and market feedback.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
1–5 years of FMCG sales experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of distributor and retail sales.
Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Preferred Experience
Experience in food products, dairy, snacks, beverages, spices, or other FMCG categories.
Existing market knowledge and retailer network will be an added advantage.
