The role and impact
As a Senior Expeditor, you will play a key role in securing timely delivery of materials and equipment for our projects. You will proactively follow up with suppliers, monitor order progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation actions to avoid delays. Working closely with procurement, project management, logistics, and supplier, you will help ensure smooth execution and reliable supply chain performance. Your contribution will have a direct impact on project timelines, customer satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency
Your responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on purchase orders, Monthly progress Reports, supplier commitments, and delivery schedules
- Expedite, collect, review and distribute progress reports from suppliers
- Submit comments to suppliers and ensure necessary actions are taken
- Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, logistics, warehouse, project teams, and production/planning to avoid delays.
- Support resolution of non-conformities, shortages, missing documents, and delayed shipments.
- Follow up on critical items and prioritize orders that may impact project milestones or operations.
- Liaise with logistics teams to support transport booking, shipping coordination, and customs-related documentation where relevant.
- Attend supplier or internal status meetings and provide progress updates.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding expected delivery dates, changes, and recovery plans.
- Supporting customer portal with required input for packages details
Packing List handling
- Expedite for packing list from suppliers
- Check, distribute internally for approval and return to supplier
- Confirm packing list and coordinate with lead buyer and logistics
- Onboard suppliers to Topsoe Packing List portal
Final documentation and system
- Making sure final documents are received from supplier & forward to relevant stakeholders
Reporting
- Support on supplier performance reporting
- Various Reporting across projects using SAP & Business Analytics
- Support on KPI’s
- Supplier performances

- relevant Experience of 6 -10 Years
- preferably from a technical background or a degree in Supply Chain Management
- Project Procurement experience
- well versed with tools and platforms like MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint etc.
- Act proactively and flexibly in all areas within projects
- Open and honest communication
Your new team
As Project expeditor in Project Procurement, you will be a part of our global procurement organization (Global Procurement) of more than 60 employees. Project Procurement has the responsibility of sourcing, procurement, expediting and delivering complex technical equipment for international customer projects
The expeditor team of three employees works out of our offices in Noida, UP, India. This position is in Noida and only limited travel is to be expected.
