We are looking for an Excellent communicator to join us as a Parent Relationship Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining trust relationships with our Parents.
# Resolve parent concerns and queries sympathetically and escalate them to the School Head as and when required.
# Timely follow-ups for all Promotional activities and regularly update the information on the School App and website
# Liaise with vendors for materials and other services required for school time to time
# To Handle administrative work related to admissions, withdrawals and support in all Admin activities
Minimum 5 years of Experience in Parent / Customer Relationship Sector (Preferably school Experience)
Age Group : Above 30 Years
Food and Accommodation will be provided for the outstation Candidate.
