The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, strengthening brand presence, driving customer engagement, and leading digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, creative thinking, and a proven track record of achieving marketing objectives through innovative digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve growth and brand visibility targets.
- Plan and oversee annual marketing budgets and campaign expenditures.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
- Coordinate with management to establish brand positioning and marketing goals.
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Oversee content planning, creation, publishing, and community engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative engagement strategies.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and conversions.
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Optimize marketing campaigns to improve lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI.
- Manage online reputation and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling digital content.
