Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in high-rise residential construction projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including installation, testing, commissioning, coordination, and quality control. Experience in Mivan construction projects will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at the project site.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, structural, and finishing teams to avoid service clashes and ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor installation of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, ELV, water supply, drainage, STP, WTP, DG, and utility systems.
- Ensure MEP works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.
- Plan and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion of MEP activities.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover of MEP systems.
- Review contractor progress, verify measurements, and certify work completion.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Resolve technical issues and support project teams during execution.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP execution for residential or commercial construction projects.
- Experience in at least one complete high-rise residential project from execution to handover.
- Good understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, ELV, and utility services.
- Experience in Mivan high-rise residential projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of local statutory regulations and applicable standards.
Technical Skills
- Ability to read and interpret MEP, architectural, and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures for MEP systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6 is an added advantage.
- Strong coordination, planning, and reporting skills.
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Diploma candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and ensure timely project delivery.
- Experience in high-rise residential projects using Mivan construction technology will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹323,949.02 - ₹1,418,847.71 per year
