ABOUT THE ROLE Jagadhri Wala is a growing utensils retail company founded in 2022, currently in an exciting phase of expansion. We are looking for a Store Operations Manager to oversee four store locations in and around Nawanshahr, Punjab. This is a hands-on management position suited to someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable traveling between locations, and quick to learn and implement new systems and processes. As we continue to expand, this role offers an opportunity to grow with the company and play an important part in building and improving our store operations. KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all four store locations. Maintain regular communication with the owner regarding store operations, performance, staffing, and day-to-day updates. Travel regularly between stores to monitor operations and ensure smooth functioning. Manage inventory and stock levels at each location. Coordinate stock orders and replenishment as required. Conduct stock reconciliation and ensure inventory records are accurate. Drive sales performance and ensure stores are meeting their targets. Monitor customer reviews and feedback and respond appropriately to protect the stores’ reputation. Supervise, support, and guide on-ground staff across all locations. Monitor staff performance and ensure operational standards are maintained. Handle regular computer and administrative work, including maintaining records and reports in Excel. Learn and adapt quickly to the systems, processes, and procedures used at each store. Identify operational issues and take timely action to improve efficiency, customer experience, and store performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, arts etc) required; MBA preferred. Fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi (written and verbal English required). Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required for travel between store locations. Proficient in Excel and basic computer/office systems. Available to work 9 hours/day, Monday–Saturday. Retail or multi-location management experience preferred, but not required. Fast learner with strong adaptability to new systems and processes.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
