Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of bids in compliance with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant tenders through portals (e.g., GeM, eProcurement, private portals).
- Analyze tender documents (RFP, RFQ, EOI) and understand project requirements.
- Prepare and compile tender documents, including technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, legal, procurement) for inputs and approvals.
- Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
- Maintain a database of tenders, submissions, and outcomes.
- Track tender status and follow up with clients for updates.
- Handle vendor registrations and pre-qualification documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Assist in contract finalization and post-tender documentation.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes and government portals (GeM preferred).
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of contracts and commercial terms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
- Relevant experience in tendering, bidding, or procurement.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Experience in [industry like Aerospace / Infrastructure / Defence / EPC].
- Familiarity with cost estimation and pricing strategies.
