- Able to read and understand technical drawings.
- Good working knowledge of CNC Turning machines and technologies.
- Experience of machining composite materials
- Good, effective communication skills both written and verbal with all levels.
- A flexible and proactive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Proven track record within a CNC & VMC machining environment.
- Experience of working in a target driven environment & Ability to lead a team.
- Experience of working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of machine tools/ inserts and machining processes
- Ability to use standard measuring equipment (Vernier calipers, micrometers/Gauges etc)
- Can effectively handle and resolve personnel and disciplinary Grievance issues for direct reports.
- Can manage a large team on shifts and ensure work satisfaction is the priority.
- Quality Awareness with continuous improvement in Product Quality.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
