Responsible for outbound sales and customer engagement by calling prospective customers, explaining courses/services and their benefits, addressing queries, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Handle incoming calls, manage assigned calling devices, and continuously improve sales skills through training.
Key Responsibilities
- Take care of the provided calling devices (mobile phones) and receive incoming calls
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases
- Introduce and clearly explain our courses/services, highlighting key benefits and value propositions
- Learn & upskill effective sales techniques through online or offline training.
- Understand customer needs, answer queries, and handle objections confidently
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
