Key Responsibilities
1. Legal Document Preparation
- Draft and prepare:
- Agreements, contracts, MoUs
- Legal notices, replies, affidavits
- Settlement agreements, undertakings
- Ensure documents are legally accurate and compliant
2. Property Legal Documentation
- Prepare and review property-related documents such as:
- Sale deeds, lease deeds, rental agreements
- Land agreements, development agreements
- Power of Attorney, indemnity bonds
- Support in land acquisition / lease documentation for factory or plant expansion
- Verify land documents including:
- Title deeds, patta, chitta, EC (Encumbrance Certificate)
- Coordinate with advocates for title verification and legal opinion
3. Document Review & Verification
- Examine legal and property documents for:
- Accuracy and completeness
- Proper approvals and signatures
- Compliance with applicable laws
- Identify risks or discrepancies and coordinate corrections
4. Legal Records & Document Management
- Maintain legal and property files (physical & digital)
- Ensure proper indexing, version control, and retrieval
- Maintain strict confidentiality of documents
- Property compliance (land approvals, licences, building permits)
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
6. Legal Research & Coordination
- Conduct research on:
- Property laws, land regulations, registrations
- Labour laws & compliance updates
- Liaise with:
- Advocates, consultants, government authorities (Sub-Registrar Office, Revenue Dept.)
- Internal teams (HR, Admin, Projects)
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of:
- Legal documentation and drafting
- Property law basics (land records, registration process)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Document management and record keeping
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Good coordination and communication skills
Qualifications
- Mandatory: LLB
- Preferred: Diploma in Labour Laws / Property Law / IR
Experience
- 2–5 years in legal documentation
- Exposure to:
- Property documentation / land records
- Manufacturing / industrial compliance (preferred)

Pay: ₹15,079.17 - ₹35,490.57 per month
