Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions. Achieve monthly sales and business development targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business deals. Prepare reports and maintain customer records in CRM. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
