C. Technology Responsibilities:
- Continuously develop and enhance the technical capabilities of the teams to provide best-in-class products in line with present and future business needs
- Work with stakeholders to secure corporate, business, infra & program funding to improve technology development
- Constantly update and mature technologies based on TRM set for the team in line with the business product roadmap and product strategies
- Autonomous Design – Guide, mentor, and lead the development of Multiphysics workflows for enabling 2x throughput on NPI
D. Organizational Responsibilities:
- Constantly strive towards percolating team / CoE expertise into new sites / businesses to get more meaningful engagement
- Participate in organizational initiatives / discussions to add value by leading initiatives and handling business focal responsibilities effectively"
