->Role Details
· Open For: Freshers (0–2 years) & Experienced Professionals (2–3 years)
· Location: Mumbai (In-office)
-> What You’ll Do
If you’re a Fresher:
- Assist in conducting audits of Companies, Trusts, and NBFCs.
- Support senior team members in planning and completing audit assignments.
- Verify books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist in reviewing financial statements and accounting records.
- Prepare audit working papers and maintain proper documentation.
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and other assignments.
- Learn and apply accounting standards, IND-AS concepts, and audit procedures.
- Coordinate with team members and clients for required information.
->If you’re Experienced:
- Conduct audits for Companies, Trusts, and NBFCs.
- Plan and complete audit assignments with proper documentation.
- Review financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Apply IND-AS knowledge for financial reporting and analysis.
- Verify books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and improvement areas.
- Prepare audit working papers and support statutory/internal audits.
- Analyze financial data and coordinate with clients and team members.
-> Core Skills & Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of experience in a CA Firm
- Experience in Company / Trust / NBFC audits preferred
- Strong knowledge of IND-AS, Accounting Standards & financial reporting
- Understanding of NBFC accounting requirements
- Skilled in audit planning, execution, analysis & documentation
- Proficient in MS Excel with strong analytical and communication skills
