We specialize in delivering high-quality manpower solutions tailored to client requirements across India. *Role Summary* We are looking for an experienced **Non-IT Recruiter** to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across multiple industries and locations in India. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing positions as per client requirements. *Key Responsibilities* * Handle **end-to-end recruitment** for Non-IT positions across PAN India * Understand client requirements, job roles, and hiring timelines * Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases * Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments * Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates * Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements * Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process * Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality standards * Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports * Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients *Industries to Handle* * Retail * Engineering * Sales & Marketing * Operations & Administration *(and other Non-IT domains)* *Required Skills & Qualifications* * Proven experience as a **Non-IT Recruiter** * Strong knowledge of Non-IT hiring processes and market trends * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously * Good negotiation and follow-up skills * Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn and sourcing techniques * Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Pay: ₹9,455.48 - ₹10,000.00 per month
